The last time I looked at the IBM Patent Server they made it so you can't print a full page at full resolution (but you can read it on the screen).
The US Patent & Trademark Office's Web site http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html now has printable images of all patents (you do have to download a free viewer for the special tif format - a link is provided).
