Hi all, I would like to ask if a "Current Transformer" (hope this is the correct translation from Italian) used for measurement can be used in reverse to obtain HV.
I am interested in a pair of surplus 20000/100 Volts of these. They are very rugged things... all potted in epoxy resin. They were used for measure, as I've said above and are fully functioning, maybe I can have them for free, so I'd like to know if they'll be useful to me, or another "dust collector" in the house :)
