Sorry you have been out of it a bit lately, Joshua is really doing a nice job of it. He is to be commended.

Re. your grid Ag soldering problems. I was able to do it because I have one of those micro point sapphire jeweled nozzle oxy-acetylene torches that can solder through a needle's eye! That helps. I got it for $20.00 at a hamfest!

Tom Ligon makes his grids with a nice 80 joule impulse (capacitive discharge) spot welder which is the best of all worlds.
