I have searched the High Voltage Mailing list archive from 10/30/97 to 11/17/97 and kept (IMHO) relevant posts; all Bert Pool's and a few on scrounging Deuterium.
Maybe Bert would like to make the file available on his web site?
By the way, it would sure be nice if this were a mailing list, so I could read/compose off-line:)
