The guy was making claims of big time fusion in arcs, basically. This has to be taken with some big grains of rock salt due to noise associated with arcs and the low signal level of a neutron counters in close proximity. He claims to have a patent pending on the process. I am skeptical. His disclosure was less than complete. I was looking for the epitome of the process and only read generalizations. Oh well.
It might be one of those...."Boy! A whole flock of 'em went over that time" type scenarios. I was hoping to get a spin from others on the list. Sigh......
