The better digital storage plug card O'scopes which claim better than 40 mhz and a megasample or so per second should be great for use with any detection scheme. The 60 mhz tek TDS series was $999 and an incredible deal. It is now selling for $1299. Guess they felt it was too cheap. I Bought mine three years ago for the kilobuck and love it to death.
