If you get your hands on the MDC Vacuum catalog, they have pinouts on a lot of the popular tubes. They also make a cross for the DV-6M, which is a good tube for fusor hackers, since it has fairly good resolution between 0-10 microns, and is a popular enough to have a lot of gauges around that use it. Pinouts are also available at the Hastings vacuum site.
