I have the MDC Vaccuum catalog. It didn't help much for my tubes. I opened the controllers found the trimmer pots, one in each controller, and zeroed using the diffusion pump. Neither gauge had the current setting on the tube. They were both reading high by about 5 microns.
At least now I have the illusion of a better vacuum. The meter reads five microns at the chamber, with the diffusion pump on.
