I have infact wrong written my question...
It must have sound a bit stupid in effect ! sorry !

I did not intend inside the plasma, but outside of it, in the chamber zone.

This, because I want to undertand what kinds of sealing
methods one can choose for the halves of the chamber...
(what a poor english, heeeeelp!)

So I would find interesting, to monitor what happens in the
copper gasket zone whe varying currents and voltage.

These are the temperatures I am interested in.

Someone have ever made such a measurement ?
For example on the chamber itself ?
